The existing portfolio has an attractive net return amd return on equity level. The project pipeline for the next few years includes numerous projects and an significant investment volume.

The company is financed by debt and equity in a stable and long-term manner. The debt capital is balanced by taking out various instruments such as loans and traditional and sustainable bonds.

The Board of Directors pursues a balanced dividend policy. The target range for the payout ratio is between 80 ­– 90% of FFO I.
